Terms of Service

Pilot version. We will update these terms before charging anyone.

1. What this is. StanBuy connects people who have surplus food with people nearby who want it. We do not make, store, inspect or deliver food.
2. Posters are responsible for what they post: it must be safe to eat, described honestly, and available at the time and place given.
3. Eaters take food at their own risk and should check it before eating it. Claim only what you will pick up; cancel if you cannot.
4. Free. The pilot has no payments. Food is given away and is never sold through StanBuy.
5. Misuse. We may remove posts or accounts that are fake, unsafe or abusive.
6. Liability. StanBuy is provided as is during the pilot, to the extent the law allows.
